Tesfaye Law

Monday Brief- November 9

– Our motion, on behalf of our client, to reopen and reconsider a USCIS denial was considered. The USCIS agreed with our analysis of the relevant law and granted our requested relief to a very deserving client!

– On a DUI matter, our client was offered what appeared to be a favorable plea deal on grounds of a potential “technicality” we advanced as a potential defense. Our client refused the deal and we won on a defense theory grounded in the Constitution.

– A complicated contract dispute resulted in our landlord client losing thousands before we were retained. After initiating action on behalf of our client, a VA court ruled on behalf of our client agreeing with our interpretation of the contract in dispute.
